Our beautiful, peaceful setting is a crucial part of the Walloon experience, and one that the participants especially appreciate.

Once again, Walloon will meet in the Geneva Lakes area, one of the Midwest's premier resort destinations. Lake Geneva, on the Illinois-Wisconsin border, is about 1˝ hours from Chicago and an hour from Milwaukee. This lovely area has been a favored resort for summer refugees from both cities for a century, and its lakeside mansions bear some famous names: Schwinn, Wrigley, Armour. Today, the Geneva Lakes area offers every conceivable aquatic attraction from sailboats to jet-skis, a rich shopping and antiquing scene, a delicious assortment of top-notch restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing options.
